Description
In 1848, after the tragic death of her husband, Eldene McGrady makes the difficult decision to leave behind her life in Baltimore and journey west to the Oregon Territory with her two teenage children, Taylor and Patty.
Armed with courage, determination, and the support of her family, Eldene joins a wagon train for a grueling seven-month trek across the American frontier.
