The author, Robert W. Sayre, Sr., is a layman and has been studying the Bible for over 25 years. He spent 17 years in the Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) and is or has been involved in numerous Bible studies over that time. He has been involved in missions, including the clean-up after the disastrous tornado in Joplin, Missouri; he spent ten days in Poland helping the Polish children learn American English; and he recently went on a ten-day mission trip to Guatemala. He also spent ten days in Israel and visited the Creation Museum and Noah’s Ark in Indiana.

Robert has been very blessed with a lovely wife, four successful adult children, and four grandchildren. Along with blessings, Robert has experienced many miraculous near-death experiences, beginning when he was six years old. He is only alive today because of God’s mercy and grace.
