Jerome G. Farris is the President and Founder of Destiny Development Design, a 50103 non-profit that as a Christian company serves the Body of Christ and the community, providing quality service in the areas of personal growth, leadership development, and youth enrichment. Through multiple platforms of speaking, training, and coaching, his goal is to educate, equip, and empower others in reaching their full potential. A special place has grown in his heart for children with autism. This has given birth to a ministry providing Respite Care Family Services, supporting parents and caregivers. The love of his life is his wife, Yolanda. They have one son, Jerome Eugene, and three grandchildren; Jerome Douglas, Gabriella, and Chloe.
