Born a farmer’s daughter, Debbie is blessed to
be a farmer’s wife. Her favorite place is outside,
soaking up the sunshine while inhaling fresh,
oxygenated air. She holds degrees in animal
science and agricultural economics from Kansas
State University and deeply appreciates that God
is a part of everything created. Debbie’s perception
of God and nature differs from that of someone who has always lived
in a town or big city. Creation is and has always been such a huge part
of her life. She enjoys taking pictures of the beautiful scenery in the
Flint Hills of Kansas, where she lives with her farmer husband in their
empty nest. The natural beauty is a continual reminder of God’s daily
