Dave Taylor was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but the family moved to Southern California within the year. He has remained in Southern California along with his wife, Jacqueline, having been married for fifty plus years. After working in the data processing field for forty plus years, he retired and started traveling, with his wife, to places on his bucket list, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, France, and Israel.

Retirement has also given him an opportunity to finalize some of his stories he has been working on the last ten years. When not sitting behind the computer, he enjoys spending time with his family, which consists of his wife, two sons, and their wives, and six grandkids. Outside his immediate family, he has spent thirty-plus years researching his family roots. So far, most of his past generations had migrated from Ireland and Scotland.
