As the fair celebrates another successful year of bringing together the brightest minds in publishing, Citi of Books proudly joins the festivities at the 77th Frankfurter Buchmesse, showcasing inspiring titles from its talented authors. Among the featured works in the Book Gallery is “The Arcadia Project: The Perplexing Disappearance of Jillienne Landon” by Juliana Andrew — an emotionally gripping story that delves deep into love, loss, and the haunting questions left behind when someone you love simply vanishes.
Juliana Andrew lives with her husband on a secluded property alongside the Granby River in southwest British Columbia. She enjoys gardening, painting, family gatherings and outings. She is a former Long Term Care Aide. In 2012 she embarked on her life-long dream to write a book, and in 2013 her first novel “Vienna” was published under the name Juli Ana Andrew. She has since published four other novels as Juliana Andrew.
May 2018 saw her home flooded so with the rebuilding her writing career had to be put on hold. However, she has three novels on the “go”, and will hopefully have one completed in the spring of 2019. Her genre is romance, intrigue and mystery.

In “The Arcadia Project: The Perplexing Disappearance of Jillienne Landon,” Jordan Landon’s life seems picture-perfect until the day he returns home to find a heartbreaking note from his wife, Jillienne. Her message is short, emotional, and final—she has to go away, and it would be useless for him to try to find her. The note shatters his world, and her disappearance, coming just one day before their thirty-first wedding anniversary, leaves Jordan lost in a fog of grief and confusion.
Two years pass, and the silence surrounding Jillienne’s disappearance is deafening. Desperate for peace of mind, Jordan seeks help from Virginia Teal, a therapist who gently helps him navigate the guilt, sadness, and unanswered questions that haunt him. What begins as therapy evolves into a meaningful friendship, offering Jordan a fragile thread of comfort. Yet, even with her support, the emptiness lingers—Jillienne’s absence is a shadow that refuses to fade.
In time, another woman enters Jordan’s life and falls deeply in love with him. But just as life seems to offer him a second chance at happiness, things spiral out of control when he rejects her love. His inability to move on from Jillienne binds him to the past, creating a painful tension between healing and loyalty, hope and despair.
Each day becomes a battle for Jordan—a routine of marking an “X” on the calendar to count the passing time, taking one step forward and two steps back. Juliana Andrew masterfully captures the torment of a man caught between memory and mystery. “The Arcadia Project” isn’t just a story of a missing woman—it’s a haunting exploration of devotion, grief, and the lengths to which love will hold us, even when all else is lost. Readers will find themselves asking the same haunting question that echoes through Jordan’s heart: Where is Jillienne?
