Service Confirmation and Documentation

Once a service has been purchased, the finance department sends the client a confirmation email containing the service contract, receipt, and all relevant service details. This email is also copied to the marketing department to ensure everyone is aligned. This step guarantees that the client has all the necessary documentation and understands the service terms before the process moves forward.

Order Review and Initial Communication

The marketing department carefully reviews the service order and associated details to ensure all client requirements are understood. Once this review is complete, we send the client a Marketing Order Form (MOF) for final approval. This step is crucial to confirm that all expectations and project specifics are aligned before moving forward with service fulfillment.

Service Preparation

Our dedicated team begins gathering the materials required to fulfill the service. This includes reaching out to the client to collect detailed information such as target audience demographics, key goals, and any other relevant objectives that will help us tailor the marketing strategy. We aim to ensure that every element of the service aligns perfectly with the client’s vision for success.

Note: Service fulfillment begins only after receiving full payment and confirmation of both the signed service contract and the approved MOF.

Client Evaluation and Analysis

Once the initial materials and strategies are prepared, we share them with the client for review. This collaborative process ensures that the client’s vision and expectations are met. Any revisions requested will be handled by our team to refine the materials, with up to three rounds of revisions typically allowed based on the type of marketing service. Our goal is to provide a final version that fully satisfies the client’s requirements.

Campaign Execution

After receiving final approval from the client on the materials, we proceed with executing the campaign. This can include posting content on various platforms, running ads, or implementing other agreed-upon marketing activities. We always aim for a strategic approach to maximize results, keeping in mind that the minimum turnaround time for most campaigns is four weeks.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Our team provides the client with detailed reports outlining what worked well and areas for improvement, offering a clear analysis of the results. These reports are aligned with the specific reporting procedures for each type of marketing service, ensuring that the client is kept informed of key metrics and outcomes.

Final Campaign Report

Once the campaign concludes, we provide a comprehensive final report that summarizes the overall performance, key metrics, and any insights gained throughout the process. This final report serves as a useful tool for evaluating the success of the campaign and making data-driven decisions for future marketing efforts.

Complimentary Content Creation and Strategy

As part of our service offering, our creative team will produce additional content and marketing materials that support the client’s overall strategy. This may include blog posts, social media content, advertising creatives, and more. These materials are designed to complement the primary service and further strengthen the client's marketing presence across different platforms.
