Vasily Tokarev is a doctor of divinity, founder and senior pastor of Church of New Covenant, and the founder and president of Spiritual Healing Ministries. Having himself experienced the inner healing, Vasily has been ministering to people of the United States, Canada, Germany, and other countries for eleven years.
