For over 20 years, I have had the pleasure of working with diverse populations struggling with a wide range of mental health issues. I provide general, adjustment, grief, and trauma therapy in individual and group settings. If you are at a crossroads in your life due to trauma, grief, or the general uncertainties you encounter in daily life, I will assist you with discovering the joy of life and living in purpose.
My approach is holistic, which means that I will work with you as a whole person with an important story, not just a set of symptoms that need to be relieved. I also am an integrated therapist, which means that I draw from a rich set of psychological theories and tools acquired over the years, to help you in a way that best suits your unique needs and goals.
Every person I work with is distinctive and special. I will meet you where you and help you understand your issues in a way that encourages growth, hope, and new experiences.
