Linda attended Ashland College for two years majoring in art only
to discover that it was journalism that really captured her interest. She
wrote for three newspapers. One of them printed her weekly column
“Homespun.”
She grew up on a small farm surrounded by woods and farmland.
When she married, they moved five miles away onto a small farm where
they raised their two sons and daughter.
