JOYCE FITZGERALD GALLOWAY, formerly of Staten Island, New York, Cork City, Ireland, and Hough’s Neck, Massachusetts, now lives in Massachusetts where she is retired from her position as a staffing coordinator at a healthcare facility. The author has also been employed as an executive assistant at a Boston bank. An anthologized poet, with a love of travel and cooking for large groups, she shares her interests with her husband, Dicey, an award-winning singer with the 1950s Doo Wop group “The Harptones”. Currently, the author is doing work with trapping and caring for feral cats and presently has six of them in her home. It is still her dream to live in New York again someday.
