Gopal Dorai is an economist and financial consultant. He is Emeritus Professor of Economics, William Paterson University of New Jersey. Dr. Dorai has authored articles and monographs on various topics in economics. He has previously published two books: An autobiography entitled: From Vilayur to Baltimore and an Illustrated storybook for children: Giraffes in the Savannah. Both were published by American Literary Press, Baltimore, in 2008.
