Chief Hacha Kusso, also known as Pearla Gillespie Harvey. She has a degree in Pastoral Care and is self-employed as Beeswax Candle Maker. Along with her husband Dijon, resides in South Carolina. Chief Hacha, who was then Pearla G. Harvey was the CEO of the non-profit organization Community First, an outreach program from 2008-2019. The organization focused on helping at-risk teens and young adults. In August 2021, Hacha Kusso was elected Head Chief of YUCHII KUSSO MVSKOKI TRIBE.
