The 35th HKTDC Hong Kong Book Fair successfully delivered an extraordinary celebration of literature, culture, and entertainment. From July 17 to 22, book lovers, publishers, authors, and curious visitors gathered at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) for the annual literary festival, held alongside the 8th HKTDC Sports and Leisure Expo and the 5th HKTDC World of Snacks. Organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the fair was a dynamic convergence of storytelling, industry insights, and culinary delights.
With over 700 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, the fair featured everything from international bestsellers to rare independent publications. Exclusive author talks, autograph sessions, and panel discussions brought readers closer to their favorite writers, while the “Cultural July” series added depth with forums on topics like AI in publishing and the future of digital reading.
Citi of Books (COB) was thrilled to be part of this vibrant celebration! Traveling all the way from Albuquerque to Hong Kong, COB proudly featured 14 remarkable titles from our talented authors. Among the standout selections that captivated attendees with its insightful approach was “The War Within” by Florine Price.
Florine Price is an ordained minister passionate about teaching the Word of God, drawing on her experience and education. She embraced Christianity while serving in the U.S. Army in Germany and has since pursued various degrees in the Denver area. Licensed in 1991 and ordained in 1995, she’s dedicated to her ministry. Currently, she serves at Christ Worship Center Church in North Carolina, focusing on outreach to newcomers and teaching in the Children’s Church. She resides in Raeford, North Carolina, with her husband and friend.
Florine encountered profound mental challenges amid the pandemic but found solace in her faith. Through this struggle, she gained spiritual insight, confronted unresolved issues, and received divine guidance. She shares her journey of battling demonic influences and negative energy, emphasizing the power of scripture in overcoming such trials.

While describing how she regained her time with God, she describes how spirits operate in the souls of believers and offers relevant scriptures and communicate how the Word can teach believers how to effectively cast down imaginations, pull down strongholds dress for war, practice self-forgiveness, and use the ammunition that God has provided to free themselves from the deceitful lies of Satan.
