Citi of Books gladly announces the publication of the book “The Commander in Chief’s Trophy: Desert Storm the Beginning of the Air Assault” by Paul H. D’Anna. This magnificent book is now available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other retail sites.

Paul Henry D’Anna, also known as PHD, was born on August 27, 1943, in New Orleans, Louisiana, in the French Quarter. He attended St. Louis Cathedral Elementary School and De La Salle High School. After graduating, he went to LSU and received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He was hired by IBM in Huntsville, Alabama, and programmed the IBM 360 computers. Next, he held positions at the Shell Oil Company and Mobil Exxon. In 1992, he started my own business named “PC CONSULTANTS.” He retired in 2010 from everyday work and started growing mirlitons, a vegetable native to Louisiana.

In 1959, Paul read an article about cadets from West Point stealing the Navy’s mascot, the NAVY goat. He thought that was cool. He used to think of many ways to steal the goat and not get caught, which inspired him to write the book “The Commander in Chief’s Trophy: Desert Storm the Beginning of the Air Assault.”

In 1992, he read another article about Army cadets trying to steal the Navy goat again. At the same time, he read an unrelated article about the Commander in Chief’s Trophy. He researched it, and he said to himself that it would be great if the trophy could be stolen. As he followed Desert Storm, he was intrigued by the air war, especially “Operation Normandy.”
