Citi of Books proudly brought the books of our remarkable authors to the heart of the 39th Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL), turning our space into a lively corner where stories, ideas, and creativity met.
Being part of FIL from November 29 to December 7, in Expo Guadalajara, Av. Mariano Otero 1599, Col. Verde Valle, Guadalajara, Jalisco, meant more than simply displaying books—it meant becoming part of a larger cultural heartbeat. Our gallery served as a bridge between authors and curious readers, offering a close-up look at stories that deserve the spotlight. From powerful biographies to practical guides, and from imaginative fiction to soul-stirring reflections, our curated collection drew in visitors who left with new favorites in hand. And with the vibrant spirit of FIL all around us, every conversation, recommendation, and smile felt like a reminder of why we love sharing books with the world.
With FIL’s electric atmosphere—filled with authors, readers, and cultures from around the globe—our gallery became a warm stop for visitors eager to discover fresh voices and inspiring works. Among the standout titles we showcased was “Weekly Path to Peace Journal and Meditations on Peace” by Teresita A Terga.
Teresita A. Terga is the visionary behind TAT Productions. After more than 20 years as a teacher, she embraced her secret dream of writing stories, adapting them into screenplays, and bringing them to life on screen. Angela’s journey began in 2013 with the premiere of “Spyderwoman,” a feature film based on her novel “Spiderwoman Taharai, an Amazon Legend.” Her work aims to foster a deeper understanding of compassion and peace without endorsing any specific religion. Angela also founded CAMP, a nonprofit organization to support artists across disciplines in promoting these values through their work. Her dedication to storytelling and education continues to inspire and impact culture and society.
“The Weekly Path to Peace Journal and Meditations for Peace,” crafted by Teresita A. Terga, redefines the planner genre by blending a weekly scheduler with spiritual reflection. Each spread merges practical planning (with a monthly calendar), guided meditations, and powerful quotes from luminaries like Gandhi and Rumi that correspond to meticulously chosen “keywords for peace.” It’s not just a planner—it’s a sanctuary for the soul in the chaos of daily life.
The journal was born from Terga’s deep need for peace amid the pressures of teaching, immigrant life, and personal transitions. Inspired by Keywords for Peace, a book of spiritual vocabulary by a Cuban psychiatrist, she designed the planner to scaffold daily peaceful practice. She realized that healing and clarity don’t flourish in chaos—they are cultivated intentionally, one reflective word at a time.
Each week introduces a single, intentionally selected keyword—such as gratitude, forgiveness, or tolerance—paired with a compelling quote from philosophers and leaders to inspire meditation. Space is provided beneath each keyword for personal reflection, enabling users to process their thoughts and emotions. The integrated monthly calendars ensure you never miss an appointment, while the meditative prompts cultivate a steady posture of inner peace. More than productivity, the journal fosters intentional self-awareness and spiritual clarity.
This journal stands out because it marries logistical planning with spiritual nurturing. It is both a life tool and a devotional—helping readers align their week with inner harmony. Rather than offering surface-level inspiration, it invites deep reflection: peace is not an ideal—it’s a daily practice. With its mindfulness prompts, meaningful quotes, and intentional structure, it offers a transformative experience for anyone longing for grounded balance in a fast-moving world.
“Weekly Path to Peace Journal and Meditations for Peace” is more than just a planner—it’s a lifeline. From its thoughtful design to its curated quotations, it gently teaches that peace is found not in waiting but in practicing. For intentional living, spiritual growth, or escaping the chatter of over-scheduling, this journal is a weekly retreat on paper—ready to hold your plans, your thoughts, and your peace.
