She was born in Texas, as were most of her relatives since the early 1800’s. As a child she always loved nature, often talking to animals she saw, and was very curious with an active imagination. She has always been active supporting children’s causes, from being a room mother for her sons’ K-12, to co-chairing events such as Rady Children’s Hospital and Casa de Amparo, a safe house for women and children.

Being an award-winning Realtor in both Texas and California has allowed this energetic and humorous lady to meet people from around the world. As she and her family have traveled extensively, she has learned that people are more similar than different, because we all love life, celebrations, and friendship.
