Throughout his career, Alcott worked for various firms, including Lear Corporation, Henkel Surface Technologies, DuPont Automotive, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, BASF, and Rocket firms.
Currently, Alcott operates Instructional Design Solutions, LLC, a firm specializing in system design, leadership development, and operational excellence for big and small enterprises, schools, and non-profit organizations.
For the past twenty years, Alcott’s influence as a renowned community leader, student, and teacher has extended to a variety of regions, including Detroit, MI, Southwest Georgia, Atlanta, GA, and Ontario, Canada. In collaboration with Citi of Books, Alcott held a successful book signing event during the 2024 Frankfurter Buchmesse at Frankfurt, Germany. This masterpiece was among the books displayed by Citi of Books during the 76th Frankfurt International Book Fair.
