Jim Bowman is a seventy-eight-year-old retired boilermaker, who was raised in and around the Philadelphia area, who briefly attended college, and who is an Army veteran of Vietnam. He is the proud father of daughter Kimberly and son Gregory and is also the grandfather of Connor, Emma, and Aidan. He is a self-taught writer with over thirty years of experience, which includes having published This Roar of Ours. His love of golf offsets each frustrating round of which only he earned. He has resided in Ormond Beach, Florida, for over twenty years but still misses those Philly cheesesteaks and hoagies!
