“Miracles: Heaven Is at My Ceiling” by John Seiden was displayed at The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at the University of Southern California

Every year, the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books becomes livelier and brighter due to the growing number of attendees. From book lovers, casual readers, and literary collectors to authors and publishers, people gathered to celebrate literacy.

The largest book festival in the US opened its doors last April for a glamorous two-day weekend celebration with the bookworms. Held at the University of Southern California, many book enthusiasts, book lovers, and book collectors, as well as writers, established authors, and many more, attended the free event.

A lot of bookfair-goers went by the Citi of Books booth to check for their next read and potential favorite book. One of the books that were chosen is “Miracles: Heaven Is at My Ceiling” by John Seiden. It was displayed on April 20th and 21st at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at the University of Southern California.

John J. Seiden, during his college years, pursued a major in sociology and political science, driven by an interest in politics. His educational background laid the foundation for a remarkable journey. In 1976, he campaigned for Congress in Maryland’s 8th Congressional District, although he did not secure victory. Before his Congressional bid, Seiden held diverse roles within the U.S. government, including military service. His travels have taken him across continents, from Asia and Africa to Europe and the Caribbean.

“Miracles: Heaven Is at My Ceiling” is a book that recounts his real-life encounters with God, ghosts, and angels during his travels around the world. Through these experiences, Seiden gained an appreciation for the significant role that God and His angels have played in our lives, as well as the lives of our ancestors, since ancient times. The book provides a unique perspective on the spiritual and supernatural aspects of existence.
