Every year, the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books becomes livelier and brighter due to the growing number of attendees. From book lovers, casual readers, and literary collectors to authors and publishers, people gathered to celebrate literacy.
The largest book festival in the US opened its doors last April for a glamorous two-day weekend celebration with the bookworms. Held at the University of Southern California, many book enthusiasts, book lovers, and book collectors, as well as writers, established authors, and many more, attended the free event.
A lot of bookfair-goers went by the Citi of Books booth to check for their next read and potential favorite book. One of the books that were chosen is “Health Yeah: A Common sense Approach to Mental Health” by Sharla King. It was displayed on April 20th and 21st at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books at the University of Southern California.
Sharla King, almost 79 years old, has been married to her husband for 55 years, which has been filled with ups and downs. She has three children, twin sons and a daughter, who’ve blossomed into remarkable adults, which gave them much joy after the arrival of six grandchildren. She has been a counselor for 39 years, helping people find their own peace and happiness.
“Health Yeah: A Common Sense Approach to Mental Health” is a guide book that may help its readers maintain their mental health.
More than just a pretty face, the ladybug on this cover carries a powerful message—a promise of both good health and good wealth. This auspicious symbol invites you to embark on a journey towards well-being and prosperity, reminding you that with a little luck and dedication, both can be yours.
Please enjoy and use this book to obtain and maintain healthy mental health. And the book might also help you reach a healthier physical health or body, as, remember, we cannot separate our physical and mental entities. When one reaches a healthier mental and physical body and state of mind, it is so much easier to find and enjoy a happy place. Isn’t that our goal in life—to be happy? And as we all know, being responsible for finding our happy place is important. We own that job. We owe that to our family, friends, and all those we have been around throughout our lives. I believe you will find this book to be full of common-sense tips.
